Our principles

1

Confidentiality

We do not publicize your case or disclose your personal information or history without your explicit consent.

2

Legality

We adhere to the legislation of the Russian Federation and conduct our activities in compliance with its legal norms.

3

Equality and Impartiality

We provide assistance regardless of your nationality, age, status, or political, religious, or other beliefs.

4

Non-Judgmental Approach

We do not pass moral judgment on individuals or evaluate their actions or behavior. You do not need to be the “perfect person” for us to help you.

5

Inclusivity

We work with and assist people from diverse backgrounds. We strive to ensure that no one feels excluded, regardless of their appearance, origin, gender, physical characteristics, health status, orientation, or any other factors. We oppose all forms of discrimination.

6

Collaboration

We build our work on the foundation of collaboration and respect. When necessary, we reach out to partner organizations and work together to find appropriate solutions for moving forward.

7

Freedom of Choice

We can help you assess your situation, suggest the most considerate and appropriate solutions, and warn you of potential risks. However, we never impose our perspective, coerce, or pressure those who seek our help.

8

Family

We support families. We are ready to seek a mediator for peaceful conflict resolution—but only at the request of those whose interests we represent. In other words, if you wish to reconcile with your family, we will do our best to help. If your family wants to return you forcefully, we will protect you.

9

Learning and Growth

We continuously grow and learn. Our rules and operational protocols evolve with the circumstances: we strive to account for everything. We learn from both our mistakes and successes, as well as those of our allies and opponents.
